Being a Part of Your Child’s Journey Furthers Their Success
Support and information for both parents and referring clinicians.
Being a Part of Your Child’s Journey Furthers Their Success
Parent education and involvement is one of the best steps you can take toward getting a better understanding of what your child is going through. It’s also proven to be one of the most important aspects in the success a child’s DBT, CBT, and other therapy treatments. Working with parents makes therapy work!
Our goal at Cherry Creek Collective for Mental Health is to provide parents with the information needed to stay up-to-date on your child’s care and progress, while still respecting their confidentiality and privacy. This balance is of extreme importance in order to build and maintain alliance, trust and openness with our clients. We understand as parents that sometimes it might be difficult to not have all the information at once, but we encourage you to attend our Parent Support Group to better understand our process, treatment, and how to support your child.
